As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for Emirates by building strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies. This role requires a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively identifying potential corporate clients and travel agencies. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Emirates' products and services.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing corporate clients and travel agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor and consultant, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions to meet their travel requirements. Provide ongoing support, resolve customer issues, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product and service enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales efforts.
