Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and propose strategies for clearance or liquidation.
3. Sales Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, category-wise performance, and product performance using data analytics tools. Generate reports and insights to identify growth opportunities, drive promotional campaigns, and improve sales conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement merchandising strategies that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
