• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
• Perform routine maintenance on desktop systems, including virus scans and software updates
• Respond to help desk requests from end-users in a timely and efficient manner
• Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person
• Provide training and technical support to end-users on the use of desktop hardware and software
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain a secure and reliable desktop environment
