We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Help Desk Support. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in the management of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to user requests for technical support via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems, printer issues, and operating system errors
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Install and configure software applications and updates
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
• Collaborate with IT team members to manage and maintain IT infrastructure
• Train users on basic computer skills and software applications
