Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Assist passengers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related queries. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, baggage policies, visa requirements, and other relevant travel information.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Empathize with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and take appropriate actions to address their needs. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on common customer issues, emerging trends, and opportunities for service improvement.
