2. System Maintenance: Collaborate with IT teams and system administrators to implement and maintain robust data backup and recovery systems. Regularly monitor and test data recovery systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures.
3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of data recovery activities, including procedures, outcomes, and any necessary follow-up actions. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting the recovery process, including analysis of causes for data loss and recommendations for system enhancements or improvements.
