Responsibilities:

1. CNC Programming: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop CNC programs for machining operations. Optimize programs for cycle time, tool life, and overall production efficiency.
2. Machine Setup and Operation: Set up CNC machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials. Calibrate machines and adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance. Monitor machine operation and conduct periodic quality checks to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as needed.
3. Quality Control and Documentation: Perform quality inspections of machined components using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers. Document and report any deviations from specifications and take corrective actions as required. Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
