Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to passengers by addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns. Offer accurate and relevant information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage allowance, travel documents, and other related services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and attentive service.
- Ticketing and Reservations: Handle ticketing transactions, including issuing tickets, processing changes, and refunds. Make flight reservations and modifications as per customer requirements. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient handling of customer bookings.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer service issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, and baggage problems. Investigate complaints, escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary, and follow up to ensure prompt resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
