Responsibilities:
- Benefits Program Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to design and implement employee benefits programs that align with HDFC's strategic objectives and employee needs. Develop and manage benefits policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement and Communication: Develop and execute effective communication strategies to educate employees about the benefits programs, options, and resources available. Create engaging and informative materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online resources, to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their benefits and can make informed decisions.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other related benefits. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth enrollment, eligibility verification, and accurate processing of benefits-related documentation and transactions.
