- Project Management: Lead technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing technical expertise, understanding their challenges, and offering innovative solutions. Collaborate with clients to identify technology opportunities, propose enhancements, and support their digital transformation journey. Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
