Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Present financial reports to management and provide insights for decision-making.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in resolving audit findings. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems. Experience with Tally, SAP, or Oracle is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and financial calculations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
