Responsibilities:

  1. Reception and Guest Services: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide a warm and professional welcome. Manage visitor registration, issue visitor badges, and notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals. Handle inquiries, provide information, and assist guests with any requests.
  2. Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and ensure it represents a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Employee Support: Assist employees with general administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation. Provide support and guidance to employees in navigating internal systems and processes. Act as a liaison between employees and various departments within the organization.
  4. Security and Safety: Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, visitors, and the premises. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established procedures and guidelines.
