- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Travel and Accommodation: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation for employees and visitors. Ensure travel itineraries are well-organized and communicated to relevant parties. Assist with visa processing and other travel-related documentation.
- Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents. Assist in the preparation and processing of various administrative forms, such as expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
