- Provide technical assistance: You will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person. This documentation will assist in knowledge sharing, trend analysis, and future reference.

Additionally, you will participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to enhance your technical expertise and stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions.
