Responsibilities:

1. Implement information security measures: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining information security controls, policies, and procedures across the organization. You will monitor security events and incidents, investigate security breaches, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent future incidents.

You will manage security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment tools. Additionally, you will conduct regular security audits, review security logs, and generate reports to track and communicate security-related metrics and findings.
3. Provide security awareness and training: You will develop and deliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees about information security best practices, policies, and procedures. You will promote a culture of security awareness and ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to protect sensitive information. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, concepts, and best practices
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Understanding of network protocols and architecture
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to identify and prioritize security risks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are a plus
