1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and comprehensive budgets. Prepare financial forecasts based on market trends, business goals, and internal and external factors. Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates and analysis to management.
3. Cost Analysis and Control: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness. Provide guidance to the management team on cost management strategies and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
