- Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals. Build and expand a network of potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present Air India's products and services as solutions. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. Address customer queries and objections effectively.
- Account Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their changing needs, provide updates on new offerings, and address any concerns or issues.
