Promote and sell Emirates' products and services, including flight tickets, holiday packages, and ancillary services. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain regular contact with clients to stay informed about their travel preferences and upcoming travel plans.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
