Responsibilities:
- Passenger Assistance: Provide friendly and professional assistance to passengers at various touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas. Greet passengers, assist with baggage handling, and provide guidance on travel procedures and regulations. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Flight Operations Support: Collaborate closely with various departments, including ground operations, cabin crew, and security, to ensure smooth flight operations. Coordinate with ground staff to facilitate efficient boarding and departure processes, manage flight delays or cancellations, and assist passengers with rebooking or alternative travel arrangements when necessary. Communicate important flight-related information to passengers and handle any unforeseen situations with professionalism and composure.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized service and anticipating their needs. Display empathy, patience, and active listening skills to understand and address passengers' concerns effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Vistara's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information. Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
