- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals. Use creative strategies to engage with prospects and generate interest in Emirates' products and services. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Relationship Building and Consultative Selling: Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Act as a trusted advisor by providing relevant information, customized solutions, and industry insights. Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Emirates' offerings and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Sales Support and Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and deal status in the CRM system. Continuously track and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets and contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.
