Build strong relationships and provide personalized assistance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Retention and Growth: Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and promote additional services and offerings. Recommend personalized solutions and proactively communicate relevant information to customers to enhance their overall experience. Work towards customer retention and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
