Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing presentations and reports, and answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Maintain office records and files, including filing documents, organizing office supplies, and creating and updating spreadsheets
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Prepare presentations and reports for executives, including gathering data, creating visuals, and writing copy
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails from customers, clients, and vendors
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
