Stay updated with customer preferences and market trends to enhance customer experiences.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and related documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and sales trends. Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team based on market insights and customer feedback.
