- Build and maintain client relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and other potential partners. Understand their advertising needs and objectives, provide tailored advertising solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Conduct market research, analyze advertising trends, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance Air India's advertising offerings and competitiveness in the market.
