Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, and other voluntary benefits. Ensure accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations in collaboration with HR and payroll teams. Communicate benefit options and changes to employees effectively.
- Compliance and Policy Management: Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements, such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA. Develop and maintain benefit policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct periodic audits to ensure policy adherence.
- Benefits Education and Communication: Develop and implement employee communication strategies to educate and inform employees about their benefits options, changes, and enhancements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and webinars. Address employee inquiries related to benefits and provide exceptional customer service.
