- Design and Implement Benefits Programs: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee welfare schemes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, Finance, and Legal teams, to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs. This includes managing benefit enrollments, coordinating with external vendors and insurance providers, resolving employee queries related to benefits, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communication and Education: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related matters. Proactively communicate information about benefit programs, policy changes, and updates through various channels, such as company intranet, emails, and employee meetings. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on available benefits and assist them in making informed decisions.
