We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide excellent customer service to BharatPe's merchants and customers. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Responsibilities:

• • • Answer customer queries and resolve customer issues, such as understanding the customer's issue, providing the customer with the information or assistance they need, and resolving the customer's issue
    • Provide information about BharatPe's products and services, such as understanding the customer's needs, providing the customer with information about the products and services that are available, and answering the customer's questions
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, such as identifying the source of the issue, and providing the customer with a solution
    • Escalate issues to the appropriate team, such as identifying the issue that needs to be escalated, and contacting the appropriate team to resolve the issue
