We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide excellent customer service to Bisleri's customers. The Customer Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Answer customer queries and resolve customer issues, such as understanding the customer's issue, providing the customer with the information or assistance they need, and resolving the customer's issue
- Provide information about Bisleri's products and services, such as understanding the customer's needs, providing the customer with information about the products and services that are available, and answering the customer's questions
- Process customer orders and returns, such as understanding the customer's order, processing the order, and handling any returns
