Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, both in-person and through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns related to flight bookings, baggage, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other services. Deliver personalized service and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Investigate and analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant departments for further action. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Passenger Support: Assist passengers with check-in procedures, seat assignments, and boarding processes. Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations. Provide information on flight schedules, airport facilities, travel documents, and other relevant details. Handle special service requests, such as wheelchair assistance or dietary requirements, with sensitivity and care.
