Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and provide directions and information about flights, services, and facilities. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Assistance and Support: Provide personalized assistance and support to passengers, including elderly, disabled, or VIP customers. Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Offer guidance on flight connections, flight status updates, and any changes or disruptions to travel plans. Address special requests and accommodate individual needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for passengers facing challenges or issues during their travel journey. Resolve problems promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Liaise with other departments, such as ground operations and customer service, to coordinate solutions and ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.
