Responsibilities:
- Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide accurate and timely information on flight schedules, bookings, baggage, and other services.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes in a prompt and courteous manner. Proactively identify solutions and ensure passenger satisfaction. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
- Booking and Reservations: Assist passengers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations. Provide guidance on fare options, seat selection, and special requests. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations.
