Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Reservation and Ticketing: Assist customers with flight reservations, ticket bookings, and modifications. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and other relevant details. Process ticket changes and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
