Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to passengers, both in-person and over various communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues. Offer guidance and support during the entire travel journey, from booking to post-travel assistance.
  2. Booking and Reservation Management: Manage customer bookings and reservations, including ticketing, seat assignments, and itinerary changes. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and efficient booking processes. Handle special requests, such as upgrades, rebooking, and refunds, according to established policies and procedures.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and other departments to provide seamless customer service. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery. Act as a liaison between customers and relevant departments to address complex issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
