Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service to passengers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various travel-related requests. This includes ticketing, booking modifications, baggage assistance, flight information, and general queries.
- Check-In and Boarding: Ensure a smooth check-in process for passengers, including ticket verification, seat allocation, and boarding pass issuance. Assist passengers with boarding procedures, security checks, and any special assistance required, such as wheelchair services or handling unaccompanied minors.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Investigate issues, escalate problems as necessary, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
