• Responsibilities:
  1. Passenger Assistance: Provide timely and professional assistance to passengers, both in person and through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant details. Assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and any special assistance requirements.
  2. Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. Skills and Qualifications:
