- Sales Management: Identify and target potential corporate clients in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate customers. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads. Proactively approach prospects and present Emirates' products and services to secure new business opportunities. Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to win new corporate accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and relationship building.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their travel needs and providing them with tailored solutions. Continuously analyze client travel patterns and requirements to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or issues.
