Responsibilities:
- Account management: Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs, providing exceptional service, and delivering value-added solutions. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase customer loyalty and maximize revenue opportunities.
- New business development: Identity and prospect for new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers and expand the client base.
- Sales coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the operations, marketing, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues, and provide timely updates to clients.
