Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information about Vistara's services, flight schedules, bookings, and policies.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, such as flight changes, baggage queries, and booking modifications. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and reservations, to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
