Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation measures.
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to configure and customize systems according to business requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in throughout the implementation process.
