We are looking for an Office Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to our office team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for handling various tasks such as data entry, answering and directing phone calls, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, and other general office duties.

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's database
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages
- Organize and maintain files and documents in paper and electronic form
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Assist in office supply management and order supplies as necessary
- Handle general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist other departments as needed
