Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Air India's services, including flight bookings, special offers, and travel packages. Engage in effective sales conversations, highlight the unique selling points of our airline, and convert leads into bookings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a customer database and update customer information accurately. Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company. Proactively identify sales opportunities, upsell additional services, and close sales to maximize revenue generation for Air India.
