Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service: As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers and customers. You will assist them with various inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Handle reservations and bookings: You will assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and booking modifications. This includes providing information on flight schedules, availability, fares, and promotional offers. You will ensure accuracy in ticketing and manage any changes or cancellations according to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues related to bookings or reservations.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback: In the event of customer complaints or feedback, you will listen attentively, empathize with their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate the matter to the relevant department. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. You will also proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
