Ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and in accordance with Qatar Airways' policies and procedures.
  2. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues effectively and promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding while finding suitable solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  3. Flight and Baggage Support: Provide support and guidance to passengers regarding flight schedules, check-in procedures, baggage allowances, and any other relevant information. Assist customers with tracking and tracing their baggage, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution of any related issues.
