  2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing passengers' concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. Anticipate and respond to passengers' needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Operational Support: Collaborate with other departments, such as ground operations and cabin crew, to ensure smooth and seamless operations. Coordinate with team members to handle unexpected situations, such as flight delays, cancellations, and rebooking, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
