- Problem Resolution: Analyze customer issues and determine appropriate solutions or escalation paths. - Operational Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer-related matters. Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle customer concerns efficiently.
