Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Indigo as a Quality Control Coordinator. As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to customers. Your primary focus will be on implementing and monitoring quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of quality control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for products and establish quality metrics.
- Inspection and Testing: Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to assess their compliance with specifications and quality standards. Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformity records. Prepare quality control documentation and reports to track quality performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Generate statistical data and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, is preferred.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
