Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues or complaints, and provide timely and efficient after-sales support.

• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a result-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and reservation software.

• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
