- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, providing information on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other business partners to expand the customer base and drive sales. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs.
