Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site. Resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- User Assistance: Assist end-users with software installations, upgrades, and configurations. Provide guidance on proper computer usage, application functionality, and best practices. Train users on basic IT operations and resolve user queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Incident Management: Log and track user incidents and service requests using IT ticketing systems. Ensure proper documentation of incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support as needed.
