- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a customer database and update customer information accurately. Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company. Proactively identify sales opportunities, upsell additional services, and close sales to maximize revenue generation for Air India.
